Innlink Concrete Ltd is seeking a skilled and dependable Concrete Batch Plant Operator to join our team for the construction season in Moosonee, Ontario. This seasonal position is based in a remote northern community and is well-suited to individuals who are safety-focused and mechanically inclined.

Job Duties

• Operate and monitor the concrete batch plant to produce quality ready-mix concrete
• Accurately batch materials according to mix designs and job specifications
• Coordinate with dispatch and concrete truck drivers to ensure timely deliveries
• Perform daily inspections, cleaning, and routine maintenance of plant equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical or production issues and report major concerns
• Maintain accurate production records and logs
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures
• Assist with general yard duties as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a concrete batch plant or similar industrial equipment preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills for batching systems
• Ability to work long hours and flexible schedules during peak season
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Commitment to workplace safety
