Position Title: Food Service Clerk
Reports to: Store Manager, Food Service Manager, or Food Service Supervisor
Summary:
The Food Service Clerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining operational efficiency in the Food Service area. This role involves accurately processing transactions, preparing food according to safety guidelines, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting loss prevention initiatives. The Food Service Clerk must adhere to company policies and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.

General Responsibilities:

• Follow NWC or Food Service Platform uniform and hygiene standards consistently.
• Promote teamwork by actively sharing the workload with fellow team members.
• Perform other related duties and tasks as requested by the Food Service Manager or Supervisor
