Job Description: Janitor
Position Title: Janitor
Reports to: Store Manager, Facilities Manager, or Maintenance Supervisor
Summary:
The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the store's cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance. This role involves cleaning and maintaining various areas, including sales floors, restrooms, break rooms, and storage areas. The Janitor ensures a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees by following cleaning schedules, safety protocols, and company guidelines. The Janitor is expected to work independently and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.

General Responsibilities:

• Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by the Facilities Manager or Store Manager, such as deep cleaning, floor waxing, or seasonal tasks.

• Maintain open communication with management to report any issues or concerns related to the cleanliness and maintenance of the store.
• Follow company uniform and hygiene standards consistently.
• Support the store team by performing additional duties assigned by the Facilities Manager or Store Manager.
